Ranch Camp!

May 29, 2021

This new camp format for kids 6 to 16 will take place at both The Gifted Horse Barn and right next door at the newly acquired, Historical Lujan Cabin!

Camp Activities:

  • Daily horseback riding lessons

  • Homesteading and Ranch Schooling- History and Etiquette

  • Fiber Arts- Spinning and Knitting Yarn (demonstration and optional lesson)

  • Signs and Stones (painting and etching art)

  • Earth and Crop Science (take home plant)

  • Dairy Goat Class- Goat Care (feeding, grooming, washing), Milking and Milk Stars (certificate), and Goat Showmanship (dress in a white shirt if you have one)

  • Camp t-shirt and Flag (painting)

  • Ranch Day Celebration

FORWARD@14 June 5 & 12

Youth with disabilities: Are ready to move forward? Forward@14 is a series of virtual workshops and resource fair designed to introduce and explore important issues in transitioning beyond high school. Youth, their parents, and community members, guided by experienced family liaisons, will learn together and have opportunities to practice and reflect on relevant topics.


Lujan Cabin Fundraiser
